9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, except as provided in Section 10 (Binding Arbitration).
10. Binding Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site (including the validity of this arbitration provision) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in Clark County, Nevada. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
